Grace spent years on the other side of the camera. Not literally. But close enough.
At Hearst UK, one of the country's biggest media businesses, I was the person helping brands figure out how to reach people. Sales planning. Media planning. Account management. Understanding what audiences actually want, and why they respond to some things and scroll straight past others.
I was good at it. And I understood why I was good at it.
A psychology degree teaches you how people actually think. What they notice. What they ignore. What makes them trust something, or someone, on sight. That's not a soft skill. That's the whole game. Most content fails because the people making it don't understand the people watching it. I've always understood the people watching it.
But the whole time at Hearst, I was also doing something else. On my own phone, on my own time, I was making things.
Not campaigns with committees and sign-off chains. Real stuff. Shot well, edited with instinct, posted because I believed in it. And people watched. That's the thing about growing up with a phone in your hand. You don't learn the rules first. You just learn what works.
So I left.
WITHGRACE is what happens when someone who genuinely understands media, strategy, platforms and audience psychology picks up an iPhone and decides to do it properly. As a business. With everything I know behind it.
The name isn't an accident. It's my name. It's a standard I hold myself to. And it's a quiet promise to every client: whatever we make together, we make it well.
